At Nissa.pk, we strive to deliver quality products to our valued customers. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

  • We do not offer returns or refunds once the order has been delivered.

  • We only provide exchange in case of a defective or damaged item.

  • Any claim regarding a defective item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging (box, dust bag, tags, etc.).

  • After verification of the defect, we will arrange an exchange for the same product (subject to availability).

  • Claims made after the given time frame will not be entertained.
